Established in 2007, Southern Belle Promotions was created by long-time colleagues, Constance-Garcia and “Lulu” Orange. Together, this dynamic duo saw a need for something fresh and new in the promotion and event planning business thus jointly launching

Lourvenante "“Lulu"” Orange, a South Florida native, is no stranger to the promotions industry. She has done promotions for some of the top companies to date. With this success, Lulu decided to open her own events and promotions business with her business partner Constance Jones.
Lulu poses a vivacious personality that many say is “contagious.” With over 5 years in the staffing and sales arena, it’s only fitting that dealing with clients is her forte. In addition, she won Miss Congeniality for Miss Florida USA® Pageant and also hosts a local online television show in South Florida, where she resides.
Southern Belle Promotions is an avenue where Lulu is able to pursue what she loves while teaching others how to be a positive representation in this industry. Lulu graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication. In her spare time she enjoys participating in activities with her sorority Zeta Phi Beta Inc., television hosting, pageantry, playing golf and mentoring young teens in South Florida.

Constance-Garcia, a Kentucky native, graduated from Florida State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Professional Communications.
Constance’'s experience as a Director of Events and Communications and also as a promotional model presented an interest to join forces with long-time best friend and business partner, Lulu Orange, in starting a promotion and event planning company. She later created the company's name, Southern Belle Promotions and coined the slogan“ "Classy + Educated + Professional + Chic”".
Constance is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and a firm believer in community service. She serves as a “Big Sister” with Big Brothers Big Sisters and as a a Disaster Services volunteer with the American Red Cross in which she responds to national disasters, such as the Mississippi Flooding and Hurricane Katrina, to provide immediate disaster relief. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, working out, spending time with family and friends and cheering on her favorite sports team, the University of Kentucky Wildcats!
